Building Across the Iowa City Corridor
Hochstedler Building and Development is based in Iowa City and works primarily across the Iowa City, North Liberty, and Coralville corridor, with regular projects in Tiffin and Kalona. We also take on select projects further out across Johnson County and beyond when the project is the right fit. Iowa City, Iowa

A suburb of Iowa City that has grown roughly 53% since 2010, making it one of the fastest-growing cities in the state — and one of our most active build areas, including dozens of homes in the Arlington Ridge subdivision.
